Appointment of a service provider to supply (rental), install and maintain/service 300 portable chemical toilets at informal settlements around Victor Khanye Local Municipality for 36 months (3 years). Service providers with portable sanitation rental/maintenance experience, sanitation facilities management, and compliance with municipal procurement requirements (CSD, SARS tax clearance, insurance, PSIRA, security clearances) should bid.

Must be registered and capable to provide the service with appropriate managerial capacity and experience.
Provide a full CSD (not older than 3 months) and a valid SARS Tax Clearance (CSD compliant).
Submit latest municipal accounts for the business and ALL directors (not older than 3 months); ensure arrears do not exceed 90 days; provide proof of business/director addresses; lease or rural area proofs if applicable.
Complete and sign MBD forms (MBD 2, 4, 5, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9) and C1/C2 documents; include company profile and CSD documentation.
Provide minimum insurance (Fidelity and Public Liability) of at least R100,000,000 and PSIRA certificate; valid security clearance for all directors.
Ensure no conflicts of interest; comply with SCM rules; provide Forms of Offer (C1.1/C1.2) and all Schedule returnables.
