Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply, store, and distribute 2000 Shova Kalula unisex bicycles, helmets, pumps, locks, reflective belts, and learners/schools repair tool kits across four provinces for a 3-month period. Bidders with experience in logistics, warehousing, multi‑province distribution, and supply of bicycles and related safety gear should consider bidding; must comply with SA procurement forms and supplier registration processes.

Requirements

• Familiarity with and submission of SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 6.1) as applicable.
• Original and valid Tax Clearance Certificate (separate for each party in JV/consortium).
• SBD 1 must form part of the Technical proposal (envelope marked Technical proposal).
• If part of a JV/consortium/subcontractor, provide one B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate per party and complete SBD 6.1.
• Complete and sign the General Conditions of Contract (on all pages).
• Bid/proposal must be complete and responsive to specifications/terms.
• Late bids will not be considered.
• Updated CSD report attached; all JV/consortium/subcontractors to submit their CSD.
• Declaration by bidder with signature.
