Overview

Appointment of a service provider to supply the Marketing Branding Materials from date of appointment to 31 March 2030. The contract covers branding equipment and promotional items (e.g., digital information displays, branded tables/banners, bags and cases) for SASSETA events. Bidder should be a capable branding/materials supplier with experience in digital displays and exhibition merchandise, able to deliver on an ad hoc basis to SASSETA.

Requirements

• Complete Standard Bidding Documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; sign and submit as required.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD): be registered by closing date; provide CSD number (MAAA …) and SARS tax compliance details (PIN or TCS) or tax clearance.
• VAT and firm pricing: all prices inclusive of VAT; 120-day price validity; firm delivery dates.
• Preferences: claim Specific Goals under 80/20 system (max 20 points) with required supporting documents (B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD, IDs, etc.); provide documents for specific goals.
• Delivery scope and pricing: supply items listed in Annexure B (pricing schedule) with adherence to ad hoc delivery timeframe; travel and disbursement policies apply if travel is required.
• Confidentiality and POPIA: sign confidentiality agreement; comply with data privacy.
• Legal/operational: GCC/contract terms apply; performance security if required; compliance with PFMA, anti-corruption provisions, and competition laws.

• Documents to submit: Completed SBD forms (1, 3.3, 4, 6.1); Annexure A (GCC) and Annexure B (Pricing Schedule) in Excel (plus a signed PDF copy for audit); CSD number and tax compliance status; company resolutions if required; proof of B-BBEE.
