APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPORT THE CHAMBER AND HYBRID COMMITTEE ROOMS SOFTWARE FOR THE GPL FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS

Overview

**Procurement: appointment of a service provider to support Chamber and Hybrid Committee Rooms software for the GPL for two years. Target bidders: ICT/AV integrators with Crestron, QSC Q-Sys and Biamp DSP programming, plus development of a new Members and Admin web interface (certified Crestron programmer and QSC Q-Sys training required).

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ Crestron, QSC Q-Sys, and Biamp DSP programming experience
• Proven track record with similar projects; evidenced by reference letters
• Personnel with relevant certifications (Crestron programmer and Q-Sys training mandatory)
• Ability to develop and support a new Members and Admin web interface with specified functionalities
• Completed SBD documentation: Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.3), Bidders Disclosure (SBD 4), Preference Points (SBD 6.1); company registration and director IDs; company profile; JV/consortium docs if applicable
• Compliance with SCM, CIPC, SARS regulations; potential verification of information and references
