Appointment of a service provider to train women and entrepreneurs with disabilities on the manufacturing of sanitary towels in KwaZulu-Natal for six months. The scope is professional training services; bidders should have capability in delivering inclusive training programs (targeting women with disabilities) and knowledge of sanitary towel manufacturing processes. A mandatory briefing session is required.

Requirements

• Compliance with tax and supplier databases (SARS PIN, Tax Compliance Status; CSD requirements).
• Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and up-to-date information.
• Complete and submit compulsory forms: SBD 1, Pricing Schedule (SBD 3), Quotation Offer, Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD 4), Preference Points Form, Official briefing/site certificate, Authority to Sign, etc.
• Attend the official briefing session (mandatory).
• Submissions must be in the Bid Box by the closing time; no post submissions.
• Bid valid for 60 days from closing date.
