Overview

Procurement of roofing remedial works for the tiled portion of the City Hall roof for the Gauteng Provincial Legislature, for a period of 10 months. Bidders should have a minimum CIDB grading of 5SN/5GB/5CE (or equivalent), be COIDA registered with a good standing letter, provide project Safety Practices, and comply with SARS/CSD/TCS requirements; joint ventures/consortia may bid with the appropriate documentation (GPL009/2027 Tiled Roofing Tender Document.pdf).

Requirements

• CIDB minimum grade: 5SN/5GB/5CE (or equivalent) in construction works.
• COIDA registration with valid good standing letter.
• Submit Safety Practices for the project; risk and OH&S requirements.
• SARS tax compliance: provide PIN or CSD number; and related registrations.
• Joint Venture/Consortium/Trust Deed with full documentation for all parties.
• CIDB certificate valid; security clearance and confidentiality obligations.
• Insurance: Theft/Malicious Damage, Work, and Public Liability coverage (as specified in the contract).
