Overview

Appointment of a service provider to undertake training (entrepreneurial mentorship and coaching); fashion-show directing and production; and market access opportunities for the 2026/27 financial year, for a period of four months.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurial training/mentorship, fashion show directing/production, and market access programs.
• Availability to deliver a 4-month engagement within the 2026/27 FY.
• Compliance with Tax requirements: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number; if applicable, submit TCS certificate.
• Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and correct/update of CSD details.
• Completion and submission of all official bid forms and annexures (SBD1, SBD3 Pricing Schedule, SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure, Preference Points Form, CV Annexure, Terms of Reference, Evaluation Grid, etc.).
• Willingness to sign a formal contract (SBD7) if successful.
• Adherence to the 60-day bid validity post-closing date and to the 80/20 preference-point framework (price vs. specific goals) with documentation to Claim points.
