APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER:TSHIAME B / KHALANYONI:UPGRADING OF BULK AND SEWER NETWORK SERVICES

Overview

Procurement of a service provider to upgrade bulk and sewer network services for Tshiame B / Khalanyoni. Suitable for civil engineering/water and sewer network contractors with CIDB 8CE or higher, active CSD registration, and compliance with tax, rates clearance, and corporate registration requirements.

Requirements

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate reflecting active members
• CSD registration; provide CSD number (JV: all parties must be CSD-registered)
• SARS PIN to enable tax status/view
• Municipal rates and taxes clearance or proof of no arrears >3 months
• Tax Compliance Status Certificate/Pin/CSD for each party in a consortium
• CIDB grading 8CE or higher
• Copy of Company Profile with functionality documentation
• Proper indexing of the bid document
• Sealed bids must clearly indicate the bid title and number
