Overview

Procurement of a service provider with CIDB grade 1 SN or higher to repair a leaking roof and gutters at Site 78/79 Blue Street, Isithebe (IE). Bidders should have roofing/building construction capability and CIDB 1 SN or higher, and be prepared to comply with South Africa’s tax, supplier database, and contract rules (PPPFA, SBD forms).

Requirements

• CIDB Grading: 1 SN or higher (mandatory).
• Tax & Registration: valid tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with proof; separate TCS/PIN for consortia if applicable.
• Compliance documents: SBD 1 (invitation to bid) with resolution; SBD 4 (declaration of interest); SBD 6.1 (preference points form) to be included.
• COIDA compliance.
• Winning contract will be an Ithala SLA; bid must meet all general conditions and SCM rules; no bids from state-employed entities or linked directors.
