Overview

Open tender to appoint a service provider with CIDB EB or higher to attend electrical repairs at Madadeni Shopping Centre. Target bidders: electrical contractors with CIDB EB or higher; capable of electrical repairs at a shopping centre; familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: EB or higher.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; separate PINS for consortia/joint ventures.
• Registration: Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax clearance where applicable.
• Mandatory forms: complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4 (Declamation of Interest), and SBD 7 where required; COIDA compliance.
• Financial and governance: COIDA; no service-of-the-state conflicts; non-collusive declarations.
