Procurement of a service provider to provision, manage, and execute mayoral activities, events, and special programmes for Abaqulusi Municipality for 12 months on an as-when-required basis. Bidders should have event management, stakeholder coordination, and public engagement capabilities, with compliance to tender data requirements and related governance standards.

Requirements

• Tax and supplier status: Tax clearance or SARS PIN/TCS; CSD registration; foreign bidders must complete Part B:3 if applicable; JV/consortia require separate TCS/CSD for each party.
• Company & governance: Valid company registration; copies of directors/owners’ IDs; Proof of payment; water/electricity/rates account not older than 3 months; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Compliance: No bids from persons in the service of the state; complete MBD forms (MBD1, MBD2, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1) and related returnable documents.
• Pricing: Firm prices; pricing schedules to reflect all delivery and taxes; 90/10 or 80/20 preference framework to be applied as specified.
• Documentation: All bid documents must be completed on official forms; signed forms; contract to be confirmed via MBD7.1.

How to Apply

• Obtain documents from the E-tender Portal (www.e-tenders.gov.za) from 05 Oct 2026; bid documents may be self-downloaded. A non-refundable bid fee of R2,000 is payable to Abaqulusi Municipality; administration cost R1,500; proof of payment required (TENDER DOCUMENT pdf).
