APPOINTMENT OF A SITA RFB 740 TRANSVERSAL CONTRACT ACCREDITED SERVICE PROVIDER BASED IN MPUMALANGA PROVINCE TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER LAPTOPS. The RFQ is for SAFCOL to appoint a Mpumalanga-based provider already on the SITA RFB 740 transversal contract to supply and deliver laptops (4 model configurations plus accessories) under a transversal framework. Suitable bidders are Mpumalanga-based laptop suppliers with SITA RFB 740 accreditation and the ability to meet SAFCOL’s specs, terms and B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a registered Mpumalanga service provider on the SITA RFB 740 Transversal Contract and authorized to sell the specified laptops.
• Provide latest SARS tax clearance; prove tax compliance via SARS e-Filing or CSD verification.
• Submit SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit (attested).
• Register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); if not registered, complete within 7 working days of award.
• Submit all SBD/Declaration forms; return fully completed RFQ on company letterhead.
• Provide company registration documents (Pty/Trust/CC, etc.) and proof of B-BBEE status; evidence for specific goals if claimed (e.g., 51% Black Owned).
• Price must be firm and VAT inclusive; comply with special terms (no pre-delivery without PO; onlySAF COL to issue PO; etc.).
• Specific goals: 51%+ Black Owned entities may earn up to 20 points; proof documents required (CIPC docs, B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit, SA ID).

• Submission method: Email Quotation to RFQCentralNSP@safcol.co.za with RFQ number and description in the subject.
• Documents to submit (returnable): Fully completed RFQ; official quotation on letterhead; latest Tax Clearance; latest B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD report or MAAA number; Supplier Code of Conduct; Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) signed.

• Pre-qualifications: must be registered on the SITA Mpumalanga database for RFB 740; must be able to deliver laptops per the specs.
