Overview

The NRF-SAASTA RFQ seeks a PSIRA-registered service provider to supply, deliver and install CCTV cameras, laser beams, and upgrade the existing alarm system at St Johns College Technology and Innovation Hub. Bidders should be capable security installers with PSIRA certification and experience in CCTV, intruder detection, and alarm-system upgrades.

Requirements

• Valid PSIRA certificate.
• Provide a one-month project plan.
• At least 2 written reference letters or 2 completion certificates for similar work (with company letterhead, contacts, dates) or equivalent proof.
• Health and safety compliance: COID Act, site induction, health and safety plan, on-site indemnity forms, and 24-hour post-installation support during workmanship year.
• Compliance documents: valid Tax Clearance or CSD number; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; manufacturer warranties; proper banking details aligned with CSD.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Adherence to NRF/SAASTA general conditions and GCC; completion of SBD 1, SBD 4 and SBD 6.1.
