APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLE SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE LICENSING, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT OF THE EXISTING SAGE ERP SYSTEM, TOGETHER WITH INTEGRATED THIRD-PARTY SUB-SYSTEMS, FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS. The KwaZulu-Natal Legislature seeks a service provider to license, maintain, and support Sage ERP and integrated third-party subsystems for 60 months. Suitable bidders are IT/service providers with Sage ERP implementation, licensing, maintenance, support, and integration capabilities, able to deliver under the 60-month term. The tender uses an 80/20 preference system (price 80; specific goals 20) with points for 33% woman-owned status (5 points) and KwaZulu-Natal residency (15 points).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration required; provide CSD number and keep details up to date.
