Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a full report.
• Fully completed and signed SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) and proof of VAT where applicable.
• Quotation on company letterhead aligned to ATNS pricing schedule (plus complete pricing schedule).
• Proof of CSD registration or application status; include CIPC company documents and shareholder IDs if applicable.
• Declaration of Interest, Invitation to Bid, and Pricing Schedule fully completed.
• Warranty: items carry a minimum 1-year warranty; defective items replaced at supplier’s cost.
• If acting as an OEM-authorised distributor/reseller, provide OEM authorisation.
• Adhere to ATNS preference points (80/20 system) with 51% Black Owned requirement to claim specific-goal points.
• Delivery address: ATNS Bruma Head Office, South Boulevard Road, Bruma 2198.
