Procurement of a service provider to arrange accommodation (with meals) in Port Alfred for 7 DPWI staff attending a Joint Strategy Conversation session. The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure invites bids from legal entities (or partnerships/consortia) capable of sourcing 3-star Bed & Breakfast/guesthouse accommodation, handling check-in/out, meals, invoicing and related admin, with required CSD registration and tax compliance.

Requirements

• Tax compliant; SARS PIN or CSD validation; clear tax status
• Registered on Central Supplier Database prior to award
• Ability to arrange Port Alfred accommodation for 7 people (3-star B&B/guesthouse) with dinner and breakfast per the pricing schedule
• Complete SBD forms: Pricing (SBD 3.1), SBD 1 (Parts A&B), SBD 4 Disclosure, POPIA/Annexures, and provide a resolution to sign
• Compliance with PPPFA (80/20) and phased evaluation; security vetting prior to award
