APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLE SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER INKING STAMPS FOR COUNCILOR SUPPORT SERVICES- LEGISLATURE. The City of Johannesburg invites quotes to supply 100 self-inking office stamps (1-1/2” x 3”; 75 x 38 mm; 13 lines) with COJ writing to be provided by the Council; delivery to Braamfontein. Requirements

• Must be registered and accredited on the City of Johannesburg Supplier Database; provide vendor number.
• Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN; separate tax clearances for consortium members as needed.
• Certified copies or sworn affidavits for BBBEE status; provide MBD E/F/G/H forms as applicable.
• Complete and sign all RFQ forms (A–I/J) and deliver in sealed envelopes; quote must remain valid for 30 days.
• Prices must be in SA currency, VAT exclusive; delivery included; vendor to provide labor for off-loading/delivery.
• Samples may be requested; writing/text to be supplied by COJ; 100 units required.
• Optional/conditional: CIDB registration, SETA accreditation, health certificates, depending on supplier category (IF REQUIRED).
• Evaluation will follow 80/20 preferential scoring: 80 for price; 20 for preferential goals (e.g., Black Youth ownership and JOHES within City).

• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: City of Johannesburg Supplier Database registration; Central Supplier Database (CSD) is encouraged; VAT and tax compliance; B-BBEE documentation.
