The City of Johannesburg invites quotes to appoint a suitable service provider to supply and deliver Environmental Health specialized pest control PPE. The package covers BEE removal suits, full-face masks, leather elbow-length gloves for bees, and respirator cartridges (PPE) for Environmental Health use. Requirements

• Compulsory: clothing in the designated sector must be 100% local content; samples may be requested from shortlisted bidders; all compulsory forms must be signed.
• Submission format: quotations in separate sealed envelopes, deposited at the stated box/address; must include all Forms A–K.
• Compliance: VAT status, tax clearance or SARS PIN; registration on City of Johannesburg Supplier Database; CSD registration; BBBEE declaration.
• Documentation: MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 6.1/6.2, Declaration on Municipal Accounts, Occupational Health & Safety Article I, and local-content annexes SATS 1286:2011 (Annex C/D/E).
• Evaluation: 80/20 with price 80 points and specific goals 20 points; goals include 51% Black Youth ownership and City of Johannesburg location; local-content calculations using SATS 1286:2011.
• Other: forward-exchange-rate cover if needed; delivery and off-loading included; samples required for approval; non-quoted items may disqualify.
