APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCY TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS, MEDIA RELATIONS, DIGITAL COMMUNICATION, REPUTATION MANAGEMENT, EVENTS COVERAGE, BRAND AWARENESS AND PUBLICATION SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE SOCIAL HOUSING REGULATORY AUTHORITY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced public relations agency to provide professional public relations, media relations, digital communication, reputation management, events coverage, brand awareness and publication support services to the Social Housing Regulatory Authority for a period of three years. Bidders should be capable PR agencies with a Gauteng base and a national footprint, able to operate in all 9 provinces, and able to deliver PR strategy implementation, media relations, social/digital, stakeholder engagement, events coverage, brand positioning and publications. The contract value is up to R50 million and uses an 80/20 preferential weighting.

Requirements

• Gauteng-based service provider with national reach and provincial capability (9 provinces).
• Experience in PR strategy, media relations, digital/digital analytics, reputation management, events coverage, brand awareness, and publication support.
• Submit a detailed PR Implementation Plan within 30 days of appointment; include org structure, responsibilities, timelines, and work plan.
• Provide comprehensive Team Details: CVs (two pages max) for key staff.
• At least five contactable reference letters.
• Compliance documents: Central Supplier Database (CSD) status, B-BBEE certificate (or equivalent) and related forms.
• Complete required bid documents: Invitation to Bid, Pricing Schedule, Declaration of Interest, Preference Points Form, General Conditions of Contract (initial pages), and Technical Approach.
• Adhere to tender conditions (no compulsory briefing; evaluation per Sections A/B; 80/20 weight; travel and costings in pricing).
