Overview

Cleaning and hygiene services for Johannesburg Water Head Office – Turbine Hall for a four-month period. This RFQ seeks a qualified service provider to deliver daily cleaning and hygiene across 21,376 m2, with an option to use JW staff, and to submit via the e-tender portal. Suitable bidders include facilities management/cleaning providers with relevant accreditation (NCCA or BEECA) and compliance certificates.

Requirements

• Professional registration with The National Contract Cleaning Association (NCCA) or Black Economic Empowerment Cleaning Association (BEECA)
• Valid waste management certificate
• UIF compliance (UIF Letter of Compliance or equivalent)
• Labour Department/Labour eFiling statement of UIF payments or accruals not older than 12 months
• 3+ signed, valid cleaning-related reference letters on client letterhead
• CSD registration (Supplier Number) and original tax clearance
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• MBD forms completed (Declaration of Interest MBD4, past supply chain practices MBD8, Independent Proposal Determination MBD9, Preference Points MBD6.1)
• Municipal rates statement not older than 90 days
• Quotes on company letterhead; PDFs only; no state employees
• Compliance with POPIA privacy requirements
