Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced architectural firm to provide architectural services for the Sibusiso Bhengu Development Grant: New Spectator Pavilion at the Mangosuthu University of Technology Main Campus. The MUT RFQ seeks SACAP-registered firms with 80/20 BBBEE, capable of delivering SACAP Stage 1–6 deliverables within an estimated budget of R2,000,000, and to submit by email.

Requirements

• SACAP registration for at least 50% of directors/owners.
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN.
• COIDA Consultant/Architectural Services registration.
• MUT vendor number or CIPC certificate.
• BBBEE certificate or affidavit (80/20 scoring).
• Three signed reference letters (contactable) for similar scope; CVs for key personnel with SACAP registration.
• Complete RFQ forms, provide a project methodology and a detailed program; pricing in SACAP tariff; firm price; 90-day validity.
• Submissions must be emailed to MUT by the closing date; no facsimile; documents downloadable from MUT website (Tender Document).
