Overview

Procurement of an independent internal audit service provider to deliver internal audit, IT governance review, and advisory services for SACNASP for a three-year period. The bid targets qualified internal audit firms/IRBA-registered practitioners with CSD and SARS tax clearance, B-BBEE verification, and IRBA registration, capable of performing risk-based assurance for a public-entity-style council.

Requirements

• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid number.
• Completed and signed SBD forms: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9.
• Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN.
• Valid B-BBEE verification document (certificate or Commissioner of Oaths affidavit).
• Pricing including a detailed cost breakdown and VAT.
• Valid IRBA registration.
• Phase 2 (technical) criteria: company profile (years in internal audit), client references for entities >R15m revenue, staff complement, key personnel qualifications/experience, and a detailed methodology/approach.

Notes: Phase 3 adjudication uses 80/20 or 90/10 price/B-BBEE under the Preferential Procurement Regulations; and 90-day validity for responses.
