APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MEDICAL ADVISORY SERVICES TO PRASA FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS IN THE EASTERN CAPE REGION. PRASA seeks an occupational health medical advisory service for 36 months in the Eastern Cape; bidders must have HPCSA-registered occupational health practitioners and meet statutory pre-qualifications (tax, supplier registers, etc.).

Requirements

• Proof of valid HPCSA registration for proposed occupational health practitioner(s).
• Pricing and delivery on the official Price Schedule/Form as part of the bid documents.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN, Tax Clearance where applicable, CSD registration number.
• Company documentation: registered company docs, director IDs, bank details, and JV/consortium agreements if applicable.
• Completion and submission of all RFQ documents (including SBDs) and attendance at the compulsory briefing.
• Evidence of experience in occupational health/occupational medicine with client letters and references.
• Adherence to the 80/20 evaluation framework (price and specific goals) and 60% minimum for technical functionality.
