Overview

Procurement of a suitably qualified town planning consultancy firm to undertake the Whittsea Local Spatial Development Framework for Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality. Target bidders are town planning consultancies with experience in local spatial development frameworks and related regulatory work (planning, zoning, urban development). How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from 01 October 2026 at the SCM offices (Budget and Treasury), 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown, during business hours.
• Pay the non-refundable bid document fee of R300 (cash or EFT to the municipality); confirm payment details in the advert.
• Prepare and submit a sealed envelope marked with the Bid SCM17/09/2026 and Project Name; drop in the bid box at Budget and Treasury by 12:00 on 14 October 2026.
