Overview

ATNS intends to appoint a supplier for the supply and delivery of HP USB-C 65W laptop chargers to ATNS Head Office (Bruma, Johannesburg). Suitable bidders are IT hardware suppliers, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized distributors/resellers, capable of delivering 40 units to the specified address and meeting SA procurement requirements (SARS tax clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE).

Requirements

• SARS tax compliance with a valid PIN for at least 60 days from submission.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application (CSD number required if no PIN).
• CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, and ID copies for shareholders; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
• Bids must be submitted in two parcels via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system: Parcel A (Administrative) and Parcel B (Price and Specific Goals), including SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 6.1, CSD report, CIPC docs, shareholder IDs, etc.
• Pricing must cover 40 units of HP USB-C 65W Notebook Charger (65W, USB-C, 100-240V) with all delivery costs and taxes included; delivery is firm.
• Validity: proposals remain open for 60 days from submission.
• Compliance with GCC and ATNS contract terms; confidentiality and IP terms apply.
• Format and submission requirements as per SBDs (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and related documents (Volume 1A-Laptop Chargers.pdf).

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 27 July 2026 at 11:00 CAT. Submit online via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system (no email submissions).
• Bid documents to submit (per Volume 1A and SBDs): SBD 1 (Invitation), SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule (Purchases) with complete pricing, SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preferential Points), SARS PIN/CSD proof, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates and IDs, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and CSD report.
• Pre-qualification requirements: register on the CSD; provide SARS PIN; provide TCS/CSD numbers for all consortium members; ensure tax and company registrations are in order.
