Appointment of a Supplier for the Supply & Delivery of Branding Materials to the PPECB – RFP/CEO/ Branding Materials /2026/07Closed

Overview

The PPECB seeks to appoint a supplier for the supply and delivery of branding materials to PPECB for a 36-month period (with a 24-month renewal option). Items cover branded gifts, packaging/printing, display materials, and related services, with countrywide delivery and gift-wrapping/packaging as needed (as detailed in Annexure C).

Who should consider bidding: marketing/branding suppliers with proven capability in branded collateral, packaging, gifting, and related logistics; must meet statutory регистраtion, compliance, and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration and Master Registration Number in SBD1; proof of tax status.
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or provide CSD number if no TCS.
• Bid documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, valid BBBEE certificate (or consolidated BBBEE status for joint ventures).
• Authority to sign (proof) and, if applicable, Joint Venture/Consortium agreements with lead partner details.
• Insurance and security: evidence of premises security, insurance coverage for PPECB items, and third-party liability.
• Ability to supply per Annexure C items (or equivalents if unavailable) and to wrap/pack up to 1500 gifts within 3 weeks of PO.
• Bid validity: 120 days from closing date; compliance with GCC/SCC and confidentiality.

How to Apply

• Closing date: 24 August 2026; hard-copy must reach PPECB Tender Box by 11h00 (Head Office: 45 Silwerboom Ave, Plattekloof); electronic submission via Microsoft OneDrive by the specified emails (Invitation to Tender).
• Submissions in two envelopes: Envelope 1 Technical (no pricing); Envelope 2 Pricing (no technicals). Outer envelope must be sealed and marked (as per Instructions for Submitting Tender Response).
• Briefing: non-mandatory 14 August 2026, 10h00–11h00 (Teams: non-mandatory) (see Instructions for Submitting Tender Response).
• Documents to submit (where applicable): SBD forms, Joint Venture/Consortium agreements, Tax PIN/CSD, NDA (Annexure A), and pricing via Annexure C (Pricing Schedule). Include Annexure C pricing (Annexure C: Pricing Schedule) and the required Excel pricing file for electronic submission (see Annexure C and Invitation documents).
• Questions deadline: 10 days before closing (clarifications in writing to contact details on the tender).
