Overview

Appointment of a Ticketing Solution Service Provider for a period of 36 Months. Artscape seeks a ticketing partner to manage mandated productions and provide end-to-end ticketing services (hardware, software, website, payments, scanning, reporting) for Artscape’s box office and events. Ideal bidders have integrated ticketing systems, on-site hardware setup, physical/online ticket sales, 24/7 support, and capability to deliver training, reports, and marketing support. Requirements

• On-site setup for 6 terminals with all hardware and connectivity provided/paid by the service provider (LAN, Internet, Wi‑Fi) (RFQ - Ticketing Solution_ 2026.pdf).
• Physical store sales across SA (especially Western Cape) and website sales; tickets in multiple formats (physical, print-at-home, virtual/mobile); telephone bookings.
• 14+ ticket scanners for front-of-house; event loading by the supplier; 24/7 telephonic support.
• Rebate to Artscape on each ticket sold/collected at Artscape Box Office; marketing via website/social media; access to past events; detailed reports; weekly payout in arrears.
• Training of Artscape staff; non-exclusive service provision.
• Complete Appendix A and submit SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (if applicable), SBD8, SBD9; BBBEE certificate/Sworn Affidavit; SARS PIN; proof of CSD; company profile (RFQ082/2026.pdf).
