Requirements

• Company profile and legal person documentation.
• Valid Tax Compliance Status (PIN) from SARS; or CSD registration if no PIN.
• CSD data not older than one month (summary or detailed) and/or separate TCS PINs for consortia/subcontractors.
• ID copies of director(s) and company registration documents.
• VAT registration number (if VAT vendor) and related proof.
• B-BBEE status: either verification certificate or sworn affidavit (and evidence for 100% black ownership if claimed as a specific goal).
• Proof of ownership/ownership structure for specific goals (as applicable).
• A declaration of independent bidding and non-collusion (SBD forms) and compliance with state-employee restrictions.
• Completion and submission of SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7.1) and the Pricing Schedule.
• Capacity to sign a contract (proof of authority).
