Appointment of a Travel Management Company to provide Travel Management Services to ATNS for a period of five years on an as when required basis. This is an open-tender for a TMC with IATA accreditation and the ability to deliver end-to-end travel management, an online booking tool, and ERP integration (Phase 2). Suitable bidders include professional travel management providers with robust IT systems, after-hours support, and experience handling government/state-owned-entity requirements.

Requirements

• SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) valid for the contract duration.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session (Microsoft Teams, 29 September 2026, 12:00).
• Valid IATA certificate/licence (current, in bidder’s name; third-party licences require a signed arrangement).
• Detailed CVs for Key Account Manager, Senior Consultant, and Intermediate Consultant.
• Documentation for CSD registration, CIPC certificates, shareholder IDs, and a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs).
