Appointment of an accredited service provider to deliver Card Present (CP) and Card Not Present (CNP) gateway services for SANParks for five years. Requirements

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale payment gateway solutions in South Africa.
• Full PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and PCI P2PE, with a valid Attestation of Compliance (AOC) and P2PE Attestation of Validation (AOV).
• Ability to integrate with SANParks core systems (reservation/PM, access control, ticketing, Quick Pay, Travel Trade, Wild Card, etc.).
• Capacity to support current and projected transaction volumes with high availability.
• Administrative interface for transaction reporting (Excel/CSV/PDF) and adjustments (reversals).
• Secure admin tools with 2FA/MFA, RBAC, and robust RESTful API integration.
• Strong track record in tourism, hospitality, or public sector; demonstrated performance during peak periods.
• Phase 1 mandatory pre-qualifications: PASA registration as a PASA Service Operator; PCI DSS Compliance; PCI P2PE (AOV); and proof of physical South African presence (local office).
