Overview

Appointment of an Accredited Service Provider for the Renewal of Tenable IO Licenses and Managed Services for a 2-year period. The Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL) seeks a service provider to renew TenableOne licenses and deliver a 2-year managed vulnerability service with SLA-based support, including licensing, vulnerability scanning, risk scoring, dashboards, monthly reviews, and ongoing support. Eligible bidders are ICT security service providers with Tenable OEM authorization, proven vulnerability-management experience, and the capacity to cover GPL assets and deliver the required reports and SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years relevant ICT security experience.
• Valid Tenable OEM Authorization Letter confirming accreditation and status.
• Proven track record: four or more similar assignments.
• Ability to provide Tenable license renewal (OEM direct) with asset coverage, vulnerability scanning, risk scoring, and dashboards.
• Capability to deliver Managed Vulnerability Services (monthly scans, continuous monitoring, remediation guidance, executive reporting).
• Comprehensive Support Services (Tier 2/3, remote/telephonic, defined hours, ticketing).
• Monthly reviews, SLA adherence, governance structure, and qualified personnel with relevant certifications.
• Compliance with administrative requirements (company docs, director IDs, JV docs if applicable, SBD forms: 3.3, 4, 6.1).
