Appointment of an accredited service provider to conduct face-to-face working at heights training for thirteen (13) personnel in Gqeberha. SAWS seeks a provider with accredited safety-training credentials to deliver on-site training for 13 staff in Gqeberha, within a budget up to R500 000, with electronic submission and a 60-day validity.

Requirements

• Accredited to deliver face-to-face working at heights training; provide proof of accreditation by the relevant body.
• Provider must have operational premises/infrastructure; SAWS may conduct a due diligence site visit (Annexure A, 1.17).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status; may require CSD number if no TCS; foreign bidders to follow additional tax verification (Annexure A, 2.2–2.7).
• Complete POPIA supplier notice and consent (Annexure I) and ensure data protection compliance.
• Submit full bid package using official forms (Annexures A–F) and Pricing Schedule (Annexure G); include SBDs as required.
• If subcontracting, provide subcontracting arrangement proof (Annexure A, 1.15).
• Expect post-award SLA and supplier performance management; provide a performance scorecard as part of compliance (Annexure A, 1.18).
• SBD7 contract may be required upon award; ensure readiness to sign if successful.
