Overview

Appointment of an Accredited Skills Development Provider to provide Code 14 driving licence training for 80 beneficiaries. The SDP will train 80 individuals (City of Tshwane 40; Fetakgomo-Tubatse 20; Sedibeng District 20) over 12 weeks, including driving lessons, practicals, test booking and Code 14 testing. The provider must sign an SLA with templates from TASEZ and deliver reports, attendance management, and learner certificates.

Requirements

• Mandatory registrations/compliance: CSD registration; tax PIN; SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD report not older than 3 months; CIPC documents.
• Regulatory/operational: Driving schools must be registered with the Department of Transport; project must include QA on learner certificates from QCTO and regulatory bodies.
• Technical qualifications: CVs for key personnel (instructor with Code 14 driving license/testing experience, minimum 3 years); certified copies of personnel qualifications (instructor or regulator certificates).
• Experience: at least four (4) reference letters from past clients within 2 years; detailed project implementation plan including attendance, reporting, and learner exit opportunities.
