Overview

Appointment of an Accredited Training Provider to implement a 24-month Learnership Programme (Occupational Certificate: Business Banking Practitioner NQF6) at Land Bank. Bidders must be accredited to deliver the qualification, provide end-to-end learner administration, assessment, workplace monitoring and reporting, and have capacity to manage 25 learners (5 employed, 20 unemployed) over 24 months. Requirements

• Accreditation to deliver Occupational Certificate: Business Banking Practitioner NQF6; relevant QCTO accreditation.
• Assessor and Moderator registration with appropriate bodies.
• End-to-end learner administration: register with SETA/QCTO, maintain records, attendance, progress, portfolios, certification.
• Workplace learning support: orientation, guides, mentor support, monitoring visits, logbook checks.
• Assessment and moderation: formative/summative assessments, moderation, learner appeals, SETA/QCTO compliance.
• Reporting: monthly and quarterly reports on attendance, progress, outcomes, risks, completion, retention, certification, transformation stats.
• Learner numbers: up to 25 learners (5 employed, 20 unemployed).
• Compliance: SARS tax compliance status (PIN) or CSD registration; VAT details; SANAS-BEE where applicable; vendor on CSD; confidentiality and POPI safeguards.
• Evaluation: three-stage process (Mandatory, Technical/Functionality, Price/Specific Goals); minimum 70 points; PPPFA/B-BBEE compliance.
• Documentation: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 forms; proof of accreditation; assessor/moderator registrations; SARS PIN/CSD; good-standing proof; tax clearance.
