Requirements

• Ability to provide comprehensive ad-hoc project management for refurbishment and related projects, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, RFQ support, contractor briefings, bid evaluation, health and safety compliance, contractor management, site inspections, progress reporting, close-out, snag lists, and handover documentation.
• Compliance documentation: BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit; SARS No and SARS pin.
• Completed forms: SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (If applicable), SBD8 & SBD9.
• Acceptance of Government Procurement: GCC (July 2010) conditions.
