Appointment of an experienced and qualified service provider to supply and deliver SIGLENT Oscilloscopes to MUT (50 units) under RFQ MUT 622/2026. Bidders should have proven oscilloscope supply experience, provide a minimum 12-month warranty, and meet BBBEE 80/20 requirements.

Requirements

• Stage 1: Administrative and mandatory documents (RFQ document completed and signed; Company registration or MUT Vendor number; valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; one dated signed reference letter; 12-month warranty with proof).
• Stage 2: Price and Preference evaluation using the 80/20 system; prices must be firm, inclusive of taxes; bid validity 90 days; separate pricing for multiple delivery points if applicable; BBBEE status contributes to scoring.
• Other: Execution subject to MUT procurement policy, no advance payments; payment terms: 30 days in arrears; mandatory disclosure and anti-corruption clauses apply.
