Overview

Supply and deliver Spectrum Analyser to Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) by an experienced and qualified service provider. The RFQ seeks bids from electronics/test-and-measurement suppliers to provide a Spectrum Analyser per MUT’s Pricing Schedule, with a two-stage evaluation process (eligibility and price/BBBEE).

Requirements

• Spectrum Analyser as specified in the Pricing Schedule (1 unit).
• Stage 1: Administrative and mandatory documents: RFQ completed and signed; Company Registration documents or MUT Vendor registration; Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; Two signed references.
• Stage 2: Price and BBBEE evaluation; 80/20 points system; BBBEE Certificate (non-mandatory) and related disclosure.
• Other conditions: Firm prices; Prices inclusive of taxes; 90-day bid validity; No advance payments; Payment terms 30 days after receipt of valid invoice; Submissions via email; MUT may appoint or not and is not bound to the lowest bid.
• Scope note: Spectrum Analyser specifications as per the Pricing Schedule; delivery to MUT.
