Overview

The CTICC seeks to appoint an Internet Service Provider to supply internet connectivity and related services (CTICC 012/2027). Suitable bidders are qualified, experienced, and registered companies. The tender uses an 80/20 scoring model (80 price, 15 B-BBEE, 5 locality) with a compulsory briefing on 30 September 2026 and closing on 16 October 2026. For enquiries, contact tender2@cticc.co.za.

Requirements

• Minimum functionality score of 70 out of 100.
• Evaluation: 80% price, 15% B-BBEE, 5% locality.
• Bidders must be registered on the CTICC Database or the Central Supplier Database before adjudication to be responsive.
• Complete and submit bid documents in a sealed A4 envelope clearly stating the bid number and tender name; late or non-compliant bids may be rejected.
• Tender documents available electronically via email or downloadable from the CTICC website; hard copies available for R200 (non-refundable).

• Submission deadline: 16 October 2026 at 12:00 (CTICC time) (CTICC 012/2027).
• Submission method: Sealed original bid documents to Tender Box 2, Ground Floor, CTICC 1; no email or fax submissions; public opening.
• Documents to submit: Completed original bid documents in the sealed envelope; ensure bid number and tender name are clear.
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: CTICC Database or Central Supplier Database (must be registered before adjudication).
• Briefing session: Mandatory, 30 September 2026 at 10:00, CTICC Meeting Room 2.41–2.42 (CTICC 1).
