Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of Fire Department PPE. Open-tender by Victor Khanye Local Municipality for PPE (firefighter personal protective clothing); suitable for suppliers of fire PPE, safety apparel, and related equipment. Requirements

• SARS Tax clearance status and full CSD registration (not older than 3 months).

• Proof of business and director addresses (CIPC address unless alternative is supported by lease, municipal account, or other approved proof).
• Affidavits or leases required if operating from different addresses; confirmation of connected or shared addresses.
• Directors and the bidder must not be in the state service or on the Tender Defaulters Register; no conflicting interests.
• Completion and submission of all returnable schedules and MBD forms: MBD 2, MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1/7.2, MBD 8, MBD 9; Form C1.1 (Offer), C1.2 Part 2, and pricing schedule.
• Compliance with special conditions, scope, and contract data; evidence of ability to perform and lack of conflicts of interest.
• Documentation must be certified/verified as required (certifications not older than six months for affidavits and related docs).
