Overview

Appointment of consultants for various engineering projects in the Dawid Kruiper Municipality for a contract period ending 30 June 2029. Bids cover Civil (Urban, Water, Roads & Stormwater, Structural), Mechanical, Electrical, and Solid Waste engineering consultancy services. CIDB grading is not required; target bidders are professional engineering consultancies with multi-disciplinary capability. This is an Open-Tender with functionality-based evaluation.

Requirements

• Functionality evaluation applies, using the score sheet in the tender documents (Consultant’s Practice; Company Experience and Track Record; Key Personnel; Expertise of Key Personnel; Reference Schedule; Professional Indemnity Insurance; Eligibility Checklist).
• Returnable documents must be completed and submitted as part of the bid (see checklist).
• Registration/registrations: registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) before award; if not registered, must register prior to award (CSD link provided in documents).
• Compliance: Occupational Health and Safety requirements; valid OHASA/Letter of Good Standing; declarations (MBD forms 4, 5, 6.1, 7.2, 8, 9) and other standard procurement forms.
• Pricing and terms: pricing in Rand, fixed for contract duration; PPPFA 80/20 preference system applies.
• Insurance: Professional Indemnity Insurance required for evaluation.
