Overview

RFQ to appoint an Employee Wellness and Health Programme service provider for 36 months. Bidders should be qualified service providers (registered with the HPCSA or SACSSP for wellness practitioners), capable of delivering 24/7 confidential support for employees and their immediate families, providing monthly/quarterly reports, and offering a fixed VAT-inclusive pricing structure. Target bidders include organisations with experience in employee wellness, able to serve ~45–50 employees.

Requirements

• Must be able to provide a comprehensive Employee Wellness and Health Programme, including a 24/7/365 call centre, manager training, referrals, and confidential service delivery. (see RFQ)
• Must be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or SACSSP for wellness practitioners. (see RFQ)
• Submit a complete RFQ response with SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6 (including MAAA/National Treasury database status where applicable) and a company profile detailing wellness experience. (see RFQ)
• Evidence of capability to deliver: monthly/quarterly utilisation reports, project management for the program, and coordination with HR for Wellness Day events. (see RFQ)
• Optional compliance aids for BBBEE/CCSD points: BBBEE certificate or affidavit, CSD report, owner IDs, disability docs. (see SBDs)
