Requirements

• PSIRA: operations manager PSIRA Grade A; all guards PSIRA Grade C; supervisors Grade B+ with firearm competency; valid PSIRA certificates.
• Compliance: SARS good standing, tax PIN, and CSD/CSD number where applicable; SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; Annexure A pricing template.
• Insurance and clearances: COIDA good standing; PSSPF Section 13A; public liability insurance (minimum R5,000,000); police clearance for personnel.
• Staffing and equipment: 38 guards (Grade C) plus 2 armed supervisors; 24-hour site patrol vehicle; 24-hour control room; local recruitment minimum 70%.
• Operational standards: daily logs, incident reporting, 24/7 alarm/armed response, two-way radio control room, adherence to PSIRA standards; monthly site reports.
