APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL SECURITY SERVICES AT THE EILAND HOLIDAY RESORT, ROSE PARK & REITZPARK UNTIL 31 JANUARY 2027. The Dawid Kruiper Municipality seeks a PSIRA-registered security provider to guard three sites, supply on-site guards (with specified shift allocations), provide reactive security services, and manage supervision of the contracted security team (see TN040-2026 - Final.pdf for full specifications).

Who should bid: security service companies with PSIRA registration (company and officers), a local Dawid Kruiper presence, at least 20 registered guards, a local office in the jurisdiction, proof of three recent client references, and the ability to provide detailed pricing on the required schedules.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration for the security company and for all security officers (proof required).
• Minimum 20 PSIRA-registered guards on the roster.
• Local office in Dawid Kruiper Municipality; proof of address/lease or municipal account (not older than 3 months, not in arrears >90 days).
• Proof of three relevant prior services (references).
• Bids must use official forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9) and include a signed bid.
• Tax/compliance: Tax Clearance (TCS) status or CSD registration; proof required.
• Prices must be VAT inclusive, valid for 120 days from closing, and include all costs (delivery, accommodation, travel).
• Locality preference points apply (within Dawid Kruiper) under the PPPFA framework.

Notes: The contract includes GCC terms, performance security, penalties for delays, and a 12–18 month warranty style framework. The service scope includes 4 guards at Eiland Resort (12-hour shifts) and 8 guards per day at Rose Park & Reitz Park (split day/night).
