Overview

Procurement of a land surveyor to survey, prepare and submit proclamation diagrams for approval by the Surveyor General for the N2 Wild Coast Biodiversity Offset Project. Bidders should be geomatics/land surveying firms with proven experience in cadastral surveying and proclamation diagrams, and must have SAGC accreditation with a capable project team (lead/PM, GIS/Geoinformatics specialists) and relevant experience in protected areas.

Requirements

• Stage 1 (Administrative): compulsory briefing; Public Liability/Indemnity Insurance (min. R2 million); consultation with the Surveyor General.
• Stage 2 (Technical): at least 3 land surveying projects in 10 years; at least one project with SG proclamation diagrams for protected areas; team CVs, qualifications, and SAGC registration.
• Stage 3 (Price & Specific Goals): 80/20 weighting (Price 80; Specific Goals 20); adherence to SBD 6.1 for goals; Central Supplier Database (CSD) status; tax compliance/MED certificate as applicable.
• Project scope includes eight candidate sites; deliver proclamation diagrams and SG diagrams with property schedules; progress and close-out reporting; 24-month contract.
• Insurance/indemnity, performance security, and contract terms per ECPTA GCC/SCC.
