Overview

Appointment of a legal attorney to review an arbitration award at the Labour Court, targeted at labour/employment law specialists and LPC-registered firms. Requirements

• Knowledge of labour/employment law litigation, especially in the Labour Court.
• Firm must be incorporated/registered with the Legal Practice Council (LPC) and be in good standing with valid fidelity fund certificates.
• Lead professional to have at least 10 years’ post-admission experience.
• Adequate infrastructure and resources to render the service.
• Ability to review the arbitration award within the statutory timeframe and provide custody of all pleadings/documents; provide oral and written labour-law advice as required.

• Pricing: fixed rates negotiated; bidders must submit proposed hourly rates.
