Appointment of one service provider for the supply of fuel for all the municipal fleet based in Hendrina as and when required for a period of 36 months. The bid targets fuel supply to Steve Tshwete Local Municipality’s Hendrina fleet; suitable bidders are those with wholesale fuel licensing, a valid Fuel Quality Certificate, MFMA compliance, and pre-qualification including CSD and financial due diligence. A non-compulsory briefing is offered; documents are purchasable; and the award will consider price and specific goals under the Municipality’s procurement policy.

Requirements

• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Comply with Municipal Finance Management Act requirements
• Provide tax compliance status
• Provide current municipal account or lease documentation
• Provide full CSD report
• Joint Venture arrangements must be registered on CSD
• Provide valid wholesale fuel license
• Provide Fuel Quality Certificate
• Provide audited financial statements for the past 3 years
• Submit all compulsory forms
• Annexure A documents (as specified): compulsory company registration certificate; compulsory wholesale fuel license; compulsory Fuel Quality Certificate; compulsory 3-year financial statements; compulsory full forms; and mandatory JV documentation where applicable (see BS04/10/2026).
