Overview

Appointment of a Panel of Consulting Engineers to provide professional services on municipal infrastructure projects for 36 months on an as and when required basis. Bidders should be experienced consulting engineers in municipal infrastructure, and must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with compliant tax status.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with compliant tax status.
• Complete and correct MBD 4 and all other required declarations; non-compliance renders the tender non-responsive.
• Evaluation uses PPPFA 2022 (80/20): 80 for price, 20 for specific goals; Stage 01 Compliance, Stage 02 Functionality; Locality 10, BBB-EE 10.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the closing date; no late, faxed or emailed bids accepted.
• The Municipality may accept the whole or part of any bid and may re-advertise; no reasons required for acceptance or rejection.
• Bid documents are obtainable free from www.etenders.gov.za from 13 July 2026.
• Validity period: 120 days.
