APPOINTMENT OF PANEL OF ELECTRO-MECHANICAL TERMS CONTRACT FOR SEKHUKHUNE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS (RE-ADVERT)

Overview

Re-advertisement for appointment of a panel of electro-mechanical terms contracts for Sekhukhune District Municipality for three years; open to service providers with CIDB 5ME or higher and relevant electro-mechanical/water infrastructure experience. The contract covers maintenance, installation, and refurbishment of electro-mechanical systems (pumps, motors, electrical panels) for Sekhukhune’s water services.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 5ME or higher.
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider (or capability to register before evaluation).
• Tax clearance (or SARS PIN) and CSD summary report.
• COIDA clearance; valid insurance (R5 million).
• Returnable documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD5 (if applicable), MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; Schedule 1A; CK1/Company registration; Authority for Signatory; Joint Venture agreement if applicable.
• Key personnel: Millwright, Fitter & Turner, Boiler Marker, Electrician with certified trade tests and CVs, each with at least five years’ relevant experience.
• Functionality evaluation: minimum 70/100 to proceed to price/preference; no clarification meeting.
• Provision of audited financials if applicable (above R10m) and other due-diligence items.
• Returnable documents include proof of registration, insurance, COIDA, and municipal service payment verifications as required.
