APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CLEANING MATERIAL FOR GSDM (36 MONTHS). This open-tender invites experienced vendors to supply and deliver cleaning materials to Gert Sibande District Municipality as needed over 36 months. Eligible bidders should have demonstrated capacity to supply cleaning materials, be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and meet tax and BBBEE requirements. The process uses an 80/20 evaluation (price vs. GSDM goals) under the PPFA and GSDM SCM policy, with a mandatory briefing and a 90-day bid validity. All bids must comply with GCC, PPFA, and related bid conditions, and no bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state.
