Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers to render services for the Leeto La Polokwane Public Transport Service for a period of three (3) years. Bidders should have experience in public transport operations/maintenance and comply with Polokwane SCM policies; must be tax compliant and registered with SARS/CSD; foreign bidders may face additional questionnaires.

Requirements

• Compliance with Polokwane Municipality SCM policy and GCC
• Tax compliance (PIN/TCS) or CSD registration; foreign bidders may complete pre-award questionnaire; each JV party must have separate TCS/PIN/CSD if applicable
• Registration with the relevant professional body for the offered services; all JV/consortium members must be registered
• Not in the service of the state and no conflicts of interest; proof of municipal rates/leases may be required
• Bids must use official forms and pricing schedules; bid validity is 90 days
